Old roleplaying plot points
- On Tuesday, Sandra Harris is asleep in her room at the Neil A. Armstrong Lunar Outpost on the south pole of the Moon. Her slumber is broken by the song "What My Cutie Mark Is Telling Me", which nets a growl from the canine... and a smile. The rest of the day only goes downhill from there for her... no hot water due to a problem with the base's water heater, a cold lunch due to a broken heating element in the soup bag during her EVA... and more trouble setting up experiments and digging, even with four people, than the mission has ever experienced up to that point. Fifteen hours after waking up, the jackal stumbles back into her room, the only highlight of the day having been the hot shower she's just taken - thanks to Fractal and Gloria Rogers, the first Canadian on the Moon, working to fix the water heater. She slumps onto her bed a moment and sighs in annoyance, her tail flicking under her as she eyes a box on her desk in the room.
